Product Description

Methyl 2-Methyl Butyrate is almost colorless liquid. It has a sweet flavor resembling apples and rum. The flash point is 32.8ºC and the boiling point is 115ºC. It is soluble in ethanol and most non-volatile oils, but insoluble in water.
The natural product is present in apples, bilberries, melons, jackfruits, strawberries, peas, cheese, etc.
