Cedryl Acetate is colorless to brown thick liquid. The relative density is 0.966-1.012, the refractive index is 1.495-1.5060, the flash point is above 100 °C, and it is soluble in 6Chemicalbook volume 40% ethanol and oil fragrance. The acid value is < 3.0, there is a sweet woody aroma, weak cypress and vetiver aroma, there is a loam fragrance after rhyme, the aroma is light and transparent, and the fragrance is long.

It can be used as a fixative for oriental, sandalwood, rose musk, plain orchid and woody flavors. Soap flavor is used more, and the dosage can reach 20%. It is also used in tobacco, leather flavor.
