Ethyl Cinnamate is almost colorless, transparent oily liquid with a light and persistent cinnamon and strawberry aroma and a sweet honey aroma. Miscible in ethanol, ether and most non-volatile oils, almost insoluble in glycerol and water. Slightly soluble in propylene glycol.
