Product Description

Sandalore is a heat carrier used in high-temperature liquid phase. It is a product of partial hydrogenation of terphenyl and has advantages such as good thermal stability, high liquid-phase operating temperature, low freezing point (< -25°C), heavy fraction (330°C - 420°C), low vapor pressure, and low operating pressure during liquid-phase use.

Applications

Sandalore is a kind of heat - transfer oil with excellent performance. Its main component is a mixture of partially hydrogenated terphenyl isomers, which is obtained by partially hydrogenating a mixture of ortho - terphenyl, meta - terphenyl and para - terphenyl in different proportions (with a saturation degree of 39%). Hydrogenated terphenyl has excellent properties such as thermal stability, oxidation resistance and low vapor pressure. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemical, synthetic fiber, synthetic resin, medicine, printing and dyeing, high - temperature heat conduction and heating equipment systems, chemical fiber polymerization (polyester, nylon polymerization, dry - method spandex spinning), organosilicon monomer synthesis, trichlorosilane and polysilicon, fine chemicals such as medicine, pesticides, dye intermediates, and biodiesel.
