Product Description

3-Thiophenecarboxaldehyde is Colorless or light yellow liquid. The color of the solution gradually deepens after exposure to light and it has a pungent smell. Boiling point is 197-198ºC, flash point is 73ºC, refractive index is 1.5830. Relative density is 1.280. Easily soluble in organic solvents such as alcohol, benzene, ether, and dichloromethane, and slightly soluble in water.
