Tetramethyl Ammonium Hydroxide is colorless to light yellow liquid, is the strongest organic alkali, easy to absorb moisture, has a certain ammonia odor, can quickly absorb carbon dioxide in the air, its vapor pressure is low at room temperature, completely decomposes and gasifies at 135~145 °C, and the high-purity product is treated at 140 °C without trace residues.
