Applications

It is an important and widely used fragrance. When used together with phenylethyl alcohol, it can be compared to jasmone and used in various floral fragrance formulas, especially for jasmine, lily of the valley, lilac, etc. In soap Chemicalbook fragrances, the general dosage is 2% - 10%. It can also be used as a food flavor, and a trace amount is used in flavors such as apple, apricot, peach, strawberry, walnut, and spicy flavors.
