Bromocyclohexane is Colorless liquid. Melting point -56.5 °C, boiling point 166.2 °C, 45.5 °C (1.33 kPa), relative density 1.3359 (20/4 °C), refractive index 1.4957. Flash point 62 °C. Miscible with ethanol, ether, acetone, benzene and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in water. Has a pungent odor.
