Product Description

3-HEPTANOL is  colorless oily liquid. It has a strong herbal aroma and a slightly bitter taste. The boiling point is 66°C (2666 Pa). It is insoluble in water and soluble in ethanol. The natural product exists in bananas, papayas, peppermint oil, Scotch spearmint oil, roast beef, cognac, strawberries, etc.
