Product Description

FUSEL OIL is Colorless to yellow oily liquid. Has a special odor. The main components are amyl alcohol, propanol, butanol, etc. The relative density is 0.814 and the boiling point is 130 °C. Soluble in water, ethanol, ether and gasoline. It is a by-product of alcohol production by fermentation, and its output is about 0.5-0.7% of the total alcohol output. Used as a solvent and a gelatinizer for smokeless powder, and also for manufacturing varnish, wax, amyl acetate and resin, etc.
