Product Description

Colorless or light yellow to yellowish-brown clear and transparent essential oil. It has a sweet aroma characteristic of rose and geraniol as well as a minty scent and a bitter taste. It is unstable to strong acids. In alkaline conditions, geraniol esters and citronellol esters will be partially saponified. Soluble in ethanol, benzyl benzoate and most vegetable oils. It often appears milky white in mineral oil and propylene glycol and is insoluble in glycerol.
