Applications

Sodium ozagrel is a thromboxane synthetase inhibitor. It can inhibit the generation of TXA2 and thus has the effects of anti-platelet aggregation and vasodilation. Animal experiments show that intravenous administration can reduce plasma TXB2 levels, decrease the Keto-PGF12/TXB2 ratio, inhibit platelet aggregation caused by different inducers, and have a preventive effect on cerebral infarction caused by the middle cerebral artery in rats.
