Product Description

Yellow-brown liquid with aromas of almond, nut, leaven, milk and sweet caramel. Melting point 26~ 28 ºC, boiling point 173 ºC. Relative density (d2525) 1.098, refractive index (nD20) 1.5017. Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, propylene glycol.
Natural products are found in the volatile aroma components of coffee, tomatoes, beer, green tea, raisins, and potato chips.
