Diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate is white to Almost white powder.Hexyl 4-(diethylamino)-2-hydroxybenzoylbenzoate belongs to organic peroxides. It has a strong oxidation effect. When thermally decomposed, it easily generates highly active free radical groups and has thermal instability. It may decompose at relatively low temperatures. During the decomposition process of hexyl 4-(diethylamino)-2-hydroxybenzoylbenzoate, a large amount of heat and gas are released, raising the temperature and accelerating the decomposition. These gaseous substances can form a pressure sufficient to damage the packaging in a closed packaging, and then explosion and fire phenomena will occur.
