Product Description

Ethyl bromoacetate is Colorless clear liquid. Melting point -13.8°C (-40°C), boiling point 168-169°C, 58-59°C (2.0 kPa), relative density 1.5059 (20/20°C), refractive index 1.4489, flash point 47°C. Miscible with ethanol, ether, and benzene, insoluble in water, and gradually decomposed by water. Ethyl bromoacetate is a lachrymator and has a fruity and pungent odor. It is also a highly toxic alkylating agent and can be fatal if inhaled.
