Magnesium Carbonate  is White monoclinic crystals or amorphous powder. Non-toxic and tasteless. Slightly soluble in water. The aqueous solution is weakly alkaline. The solubility in water is 0.02% (15°C). Easily soluble in acids and ammonium salt solutions.
