Sarolaner is white solid.it mainly exerts its effect by blocking ligand-gated chloride channels in the central nervous system of insects and mites. Sarolaner binds to GABA receptors and glutamate receptors, preventing chloride ion absorption, enhancing neural excitability, and ultimately leading to the death of parasites.
