Product Description

Aldehyde C-11 (Undecanal) is Colorless to slightly yellow oily liquid. Boiling point is 223ºC, relative density is 0.825 - 0.832, refractive index is 1.430 - 1.435, flash point is 80ºC. It is soluble in 5 volumes of 70% ethanol or the same volume of 80% ethanol and oils. Acid value is <1.0. It has a strong rose, balsam wax aroma, with the characteristics of woody orange peel aroma, and has the undertones of neroli and violet. The fragrance retention is average.
